Qualifications
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) accreditation or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Nacha rules and federal regulations related to ACH transactions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with banking software and payment processing systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
