About the role
THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients. This role is full-time, permanent and hybrid 3x/week from the Dumbo NY office.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the day-to-day charge on a variety of projects to ensure creative is on-brief and strategically pulled through from kickoff to client presentations to execution
- Work closely with supporting creatives to build good working relationships that take their skills to the next level
- Collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategies that push them to bigger and better places
- Stay on top of industry trends that keep brands relevant in their respective space
- Help develop the look and feel of ideas
- Maintain design and idea quality control
- Maintain positive relationship with interdepartmental teams and clients
- Work with third party vendors and/or partner agencies
- Anticipate challenges across projects
- Maintain an understanding of clients, current and upcoming projects
- Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members
- Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness
Qualifications
- 7+ years relevant experience, with 2+ years in experiential, social and digital channels
- Strong design and written communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Generative A.I. tools
- Understanding of print production
- Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial
- Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
Pay
Base salary range: $120,000–$135,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, and tenure at the company (for current employees).
