About the role
We’re a diverse creative group crafting award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients. We’re seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our fast-growing team. This role is full-time, permanent, and hybrid (3x/week from our Dumbo, NY office).
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day charge on a variety of projects to ensure creative aligns with the brief and is strategically executed from kickoff to client presentations.
- Collaborate with supporting creatives to build strong working relationships and elevate their skills.
- Work with clients to craft concepts and strategies that push their brands forward while staying current with industry trends.
- Help develop the look and feel of ideas and maintain design and quality control.
- Maintain positive relationships with interdepartmental teams and clients.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
- Anticipate project challenges and proactively address them.
- Stay informed about clients, current, and upcoming projects.
- Foster a trusting and communicative relationship with the creative team.
- Demonstrate regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in experiential, social, and digital channels.
- Strong design and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Generative A.I. tools.
- Understanding of print production.
- Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
- Prior experience or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial.
- Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Pay
Base salary range: $120,000–$135,000, plus bonus potential if applicable. Actual base salary depends on factors including market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills, level of responsibility, and budgetary considerations.
