ACCS Program Director - Worcester Integrated Team C
Description And Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective services.
- Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence-based practices, state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required.
- Two years experience in Human Services management, required.
- Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
