ACCS Assistant Program Coordinator - Litchfield

About the role

The Assistant Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis, focusing on their transition to greater independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to people served and direct supervision to overnight staff.
  • Assist with program scheduling and budgets.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Aid in group therapy, transportation, behavioral intervention, and recreational activities.
  • Implement activities to foster valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
  • Develop and implement habilitation, whole life, and other service plans.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care.
