ACCS Program Director - Worcester Integrated Team C

About the role

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Program Director for its Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) department. This position oversees the integrated team and ensures the timely and thorough screening and enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.
• Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective services.
• Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence-based practices, state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance services.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required.
• Two years experience in Human Services management, required.
• Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
