Responsibilities

  • Cook up and support the accreditation process for CARF, ACA, and other regulatory bodies
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections, peer reviews, and safety committee meetings
  • Maintain documentation and prepare corrective action plans when needed
  • Develop a compliance calendar for staff credentials, clearances, and required training
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and regional compliance training
  • Aid in the development and review of agency policies in accordance with updated standards
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal leadership and external auditors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience (or) Master’s degree and at least 1 year of experience
  • Proven ability to work across teams and adapt to various program environments
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards
  • Willingness to obtain certification as an internal CARF and ACA surveyor
