About the role

The role is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of care and educational programs through accreditation processes, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. It involves collaborating with faculty, supporting compliance, and ensuring all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead accreditation processes and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate accreditation site visits and mock reviews, serve as liaison to accrediting and regulatory agencies
  • Serve as Title IX and Title VI Coordinator, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations
  • Chair or support the Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Committee, oversee Systematic Plan of Evaluation (SPE), and conduct SPE reports
  • Maintain accreditation documentation and evidence repositories, conduct audits of data, and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support compliance reporting including NYSED and IPEDS
  • Collaborate with faculty on assessment strategies and curriculum evaluation, review self-study documents, and facilitate task force meetings leading up to accreditation reviews
  • Track progress of strategic plan initiatives, implement program improvements based on assessment data, ensure follow-up on action plans and outcomes, and assist leadership with institutional reporting and effectiveness initiatives
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferred and at least three to five years of professional experience in a related capacity
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of New York
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to solve problems and liaise with the broader College and Health System community on behalf of students
  • Able to maintain in-depth knowledge of the College's rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • PC and appropriate software and Internet knowledge
  • A solid understanding of departmental related terminology
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written as well as good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Service specific skills

Pay

$85,758.40 - $113,193.60 per year, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
