Accounts Receivables Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the payment application process, ensuring customer payments are accurately applied and reconciled.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and outstanding account issues.
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve account-related concerns.
• Monitor aging accounts and proactively address issues before they become overdue.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation while driving timely resolutions.
• Serve as a key point of communication between multiple departments to ensure customer accounts remain current and accurate.

Requirements

• Accounts Receivable experience, preferably with payment applications and account research.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative and follows through.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when resolving issues.
• Comfortable working in Excel and learning new systems quickly.
