Accounts Receivable Specialist-Hiring Immediately! Location: Fremont, CA Department: Accounts Receivable Position Summary Construction company seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join growing Accounts Receivable team. This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual interested in developing accounting and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and customer invoices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organize and process billing activities using SalesforcePerform invoice data entry and submissionSend invoices to customers through SalesforceInvestigate and resolve customer invoice inquiriesMaintain accurate records and documentationPerform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasksAnswer incoming phone calls as neededComplete other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications 0-1 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong math and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to analyze and organize spreadsheet data using Microsoft ExcelExceptional attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to learnDependable and reliable work ethicStrong customer service mindsetAbility to thrive in a team-oriented environment Why Apply?
