Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable Sales Administrator

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Handle invoices
  • Document Processing
  • Process customer orders via email and phone
  • Support sales managers to ensure customer pricing is accurate and communicated
  • Check data accuracy of sales orders and purchase orders
  • Maintain excellent business relationships with customers through constant communication
  • Work with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Process and communicate any sales corrections with accounting dept.
  • Provide support to plant personnel in regard to schedule changes, rejections, etc.
  • Provide follow up and communication on AR aging
  • Process AP finished good invoices
  • Work with sales team to ensure all customer contracts, specification sheets, etc are on file and updated timely
  • Ensure all third-party vendor warranties are on file and updated timely
  • Work with sales and QA teams to file and process quality alerts, claims, rejections, etc
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration field; customer service background preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Excellent math skills
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Highly organized; superior time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Self-motivated; self-starter; extroverted personality
  • Work well with all levels of the corporation
