About the Opportunity

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in managing billing and claims processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection. Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve claim denials with minimal assistance.
  • Analyze and report trends related to denials and payer behaviors.
  • Follow up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle.
  • Prepare and submit corrected claims, appeals, and necessary documentation.
  • Contact payers to resolve claims and payment issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of patient medical information.
  • Meet established productivity standards.

Requirements
