Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our Salem area client, a well-established manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their onsite team in Salem, Oregon. Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Salem, Oregon and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and match to POs.
• Research and correct discrepancies; process payment claims.
• Set up and maintain customer accounting records.
• Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Contact customers regarding updates and past due accounts requiring payment.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of high-volume AR experience; multi-entity background a plus.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior ERP systems experience; MS Dynamics a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
• Inquisitive with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay

$22–$24/hour (DOE).
