The role ensures confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions within accounts receivable specialized execution for parking service operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Accounts Receivable Specialist workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
- Coordinate the workflow to maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Review the workflow to protect confidential account information.
- Maintain the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
- Track the workflow to reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.

Quality is visible when financial record integrity is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. Success is measured through accounts receivable specialized execution within parking service operations.

Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
