This role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures financial record integrity through specialized, receivables-focused processes tailored to this unique operating environment.

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing receivables-focused tasks. All work must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action to ensure traceability and accountability within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.

Responsibilities

  • Review accounts receivable invoices, ensuring each checkpoint documents source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Maintain and document role-specific status tracking for all receivables-focused activities.
  • Perform reconciliations with strict deadline management, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they create downstream rework.

Decision Quality Standards

Financial record integrity must remain usable under the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified early to prevent rework.

Success Profile

  • Confidently use TGL LU workflows and financial records to support receivables-focused tasks.
  • Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, relying on confirmation rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs include current issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation; incomplete signals mean the work remains open.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. Remote work is 100% within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
