Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

Sparkbit360 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure financial record integrity across marketing, public-relations strategy, campaigns, content, brand storytelling, creative execution, client service, and performance insight. This role focuses on specialized accounts receivable execution within brand campaign operations, ensuring clarity in task completion, pending items, and ownership of next steps. The goal is to maintain current financial records, assign ownership for exceptions, and enable seamless continuity for authorized teammates.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential account information as part of the Accounts Receivable Specialist workflow.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to maintain accuracy in the workflow.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to ensure data integrity.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions and assign ownership for resolution.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support financial controls and transparency.

Skills

• Confidently perform transaction and invoice reviews within brand campaign operations.
• Apply confidentiality protocols while managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document financial control decisions clearly to enable seamless handoffs to teammates.
• Exercise sound judgment in Accounts Receivable execution, including escalation when necessary.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.
