Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities including collections, cash applications, billing, and account reconciliations
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment discrepancies, and account adjustments
• Process credit card payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience required
• Experience outside of medical billing or healthcare collections strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting-related systems

Pay

Hourly: $22 - 25/hr

Schedule

Full-time, onsite opportunity in the northwest St. Louis metro area works a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–4:30pm
