About the role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated while executing accounts receivable tasks in a Philippine travel/DMC environment. Work must remain traceable, with unresolved items assigned owners and repeated errors surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action in the context of Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Coordinate shroff travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Review reconciliations with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are documented and traceable.
• Document processes and generate reports, leaving a clear audit trail for accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring financial record integrity under the demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
