Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

This full-time, 100% remote position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows for Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC, ensuring accurate billing, payment, invoice, and related records while resolving routine discrepancies promptly.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, billing records, payment information, reconciliations, or related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and match supporting information to the correct customer, supplier, or transaction.
• Follow up on missing details or routine discrepancies and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Prepare organized status updates or recurring reports for review.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and record accuracy.
• Organized handling of supporting documentation.
• Ability to investigate routine discrepancies methodically.
• Professional follow-up with customers, suppliers, or internal teams.
• Comfort applying these habits specifically to accounts receivable tasks rather than generic administrative support.

Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.

Pay

Base compensation: $45,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
