This role focuses on specialized accounts receivable execution within strategic marketing operations, ensuring clarity on task completion, pending items, and ownership of next steps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Accounts Receivable workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions within the Accounts Receivable workflow.
• Own audit-ready documentation for the Accounts Receivable workflow.
• Coordinate efforts to protect confidential account information.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure accuracy.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
