Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for hands-on work centered on financial record integrity and the day-to-day demands of personalized cruises, resorts, Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. The role focuses on accounts receivable execution within resort travel support, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

The role is successful when financial record integrity becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates. This outcome is measured through specialized accounts receivable execution within resort travel support.

Responsibilities

• Review the Accounts Receivable workflow by helping the team maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain the Accounts Receivable workflow by helping the team protect confidential account information.
• Track the Accounts Receivable workflow by helping the team review financial inputs against supporting records.
• Own the Accounts Receivable workflow by helping the team reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Coordinate the Accounts Receivable workflow by helping the team track unresolved financial exceptions.

Qualifications

• Use Accounts Receivable documentation and financial reporting confidently in specialized execution within resort travel support.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
