About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and payment processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
  • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes
  • Prepare reports and maintain financial records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of credit management principles
