Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts receivable records with invoice review, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
- Reconcile official travel documentation with status tracking, adhering to accounts-focused, receivable-focused, and specialized-execution standards.
- Coordinate reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support accounts receivable processes, maintaining clarity and traceability.
- Implement document quality control and workflow management to uphold financial record integrity.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
