• Reconcile accounts with deadline management, leaving no unresolved items without assigned ownership.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to ensure compliance and clarity in financial records.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

• Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines in an accounts receivable workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear and traceable.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when accounts receivable tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Pass the role-specific handoff test by ensuring exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination are current and complete.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
