Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including creating and sending out invoices, managing collection efforts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies in the accounting records.
• Process credits, adjustments, and rebates accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct account research and analysis, and prepare aging reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding their billing and payment issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve the accounts receivable process.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in the sales industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, credits, adjustments, and rebates.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
