Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Applying credits and processing customer refunds
• Identifying, monitoring and collecting outstanding balances on customer accounts
• Aiding in the processing of customer payments
• Generating account statements
• Communicating with both internal and external customers via phone, email and mail
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records
• Assisting the Accounting Department with year end audit
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Entry level position, six months office experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Low physical demands required
• The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Pay and Schedule

• $17 - 19.00 an hour
• Full-time, weekdays, flexible schedule
