Hallford Travels is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen financial record integrity across personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support. This role focuses on specialized accounts receivable execution within leisure travel operations, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.
Responsibilities
- Own the Accounts Receivable Specialist workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
- Coordinate the workflow to maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Review the workflow to protect confidential account information.
- Maintain the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
- Track the workflow to reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
Success in this role means financial records are current, exceptions have clear owners, and authorized teammates can continue work without reconstructing history.
Skills
- Use Account Analysis and Status Reporting confidently in accounts receivable execution.
- Apply Process Compliance while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document Traveler Itinerary Support decisions clearly for teammate continuity.
- Exercise sound judgment in Payment Tracking, including escalation when needed.
Work Arrangement
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
