Responsibilities Include Efficiently and accurately perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities including but not limited to billing, cash, application, reconciliation, customer research and exception activities for all lines of business supportedRecommend billing adjustments, write-offs, and customer refunds to management, ensuring documentation is prepared and reviewed for approvalRespond to AR Inquires via phone and email regarding discrepancies/questionsContact overdue accounts to collectAnalysis of customer orders on hold based on account statusSet up new customersHelp onboard and mentor new teammates Skills Exceptional Customer ServiceAbility to multitaskOrganizational skillsUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesAttention to detailInterpersonal communication Preferred Qualifications 3 -5 years of Accounts Receivable experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with JD Edwards ERP System About Great Southern Wood Preserving Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is the industry’s leading producer of pressure-treated lumber products for D-I-Y retail home centers, pro dealers, and other retail building-related segments.
