Accounts Receivable Specialist
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content.
Let's parse:
Job Description: first paragraph: "We are the leading provider...". That's about the company/role? Could be "About the role". Probably we can put that under About the role
with
. Then "This role will manage customer accounts..." etc. That's responsibilities. So we can have
Responsibilities
with a- list of duties.
Then "Qualifications, Experience & Skills" includes qualifications, experience, skills. We can split maybe into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one? But spec says we can have separate headings if content exists. We have qualifications (degree, experience), skills (proficiency, understanding, communication, etc). Could make two sections: Qualifications and Skills. Both have content.
Then "Compensation" includes pay range and benefits. So we can have
Pay
with the salary range paragraph. AndBenefits
with benefits description. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. About Dp World: that's company overview, could be "About the role"? Actually we already used About the role for role description. Could also have a section "About Dp World" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we should not create extra headings. The company overview could be placed under About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role paragraph. But we already used that for role description. Could combine both paragraphs under About the role. But we must not repeat job title as heading. No job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove "Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship..." that's a requirement? It's about work authorization. Could be part of Qualifications? It's a requirement: must be legally authorized to work in US. Could include in Qualifications section as a bullet? But spec says use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can include that as a requirement bullet.
Also remove "We're able to answer any additional questions..." etc. Remove application instructions.
Also remove "About Dp World" paragraph? It's company overview; could be part of About the role? Might be okay to keep as part of About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview? It's substantive but not about role. However we have no heading for company overview; we could put it under About the role as well (makes sense). Or we could create a separate section but not allowed headings. So we must embed it somewhere else, maybe as a
before sections? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but likely they want only those. Safer to stick to those headings and put any other content under appropriate heading or as
without heading? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings but likely they'd want only those. We'll follow. Thus we need to map content: About the role: includes first paragraph about company and role description? Could be two paragraphs: company overview and role summary. We'll combine. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Key Accountabilities" bullet points. Qualifications: degree, experience, work authorization, maybe also "Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree..." and "Minimum 2–5 years..." and "Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship..." (work auth). Also maybe "Familiarity with Incoterms..." is a skill? Could go under Skills. Skills: proficiency in MS Office, ERP, understanding AR processes, communication, negotiation, ability to work independently, attention to detail, organizational, analytical thinking, familiarity with Incoterms. Pay: salary range paragraph. Benefits: benefits description paragraph. Schedule: none -> omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. Structure:

But that's huge; maybe we should split: About the role just role description; company overview could be separate but not allowed heading. Could we put company overview as abefore any heading? The instruction didn't forbid stray
outside headings. It said use
for section headings,
- for any list,
for prose. So we can have prose paragraphs not under headings. So we could have a leading
for company overview, then
About the role
for role summary. That seems okay. Thus:We are the leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain & logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe.
