Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and process customer payments
- Manage collections and monitor AR aging
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Requirements
- Accounts Receivable and general accounting experience
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule
On-site, 5 days per week.
