Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile AR aging reports while monitoring outstanding balances.
• Apply customer payments accurately to invoices and accounts.
• Investigate account discrepancies and escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Support billing activities and assist with process improvements during system transitions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Great Plains and NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Pay

Target compensation: $25-$30/hour
