Pay

Salary: $35,000 - $48,000

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments including cash, checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions
• Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments, refunds, sales adjustments, and customer returns
• Perform account reconciliations and review monthly reconciliation reports
• Manage B2B collections activities and customer account follow-up

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with account reconciliations and payment processing
• Exposure to B2B collections preferred
