Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short-pays, and account issues.
• Conduct professional collections follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile the AR subledger to the general ledger.
• Generate aging, cash receipts, and other AR reports for management.
• Support month-end close by providing accurate AR data and journal entries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Epicor.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$50,000-$55,000
