About the role
This 100% remote, full-time position supports leisure and event travel including cruises, all-inclusive trips, sports travel, weddings, honeymoons, theme-park vacations, airfare, and groups. The role focuses on billing, invoices, payment records, reconciliation support, financial documentation, and accurate account administration.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices, billing records, payment information, reimbursements, or account documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter and maintain financial records using approved accounting, spreadsheet, or business systems.
- Reconcile routine discrepancies, document follow-up, and route exceptions to the appropriate team member.
- Coordinate by email with customers, vendors, or internal teams regarding billing documents and payment status when required.
- Maintain confidential, organized records and meet recurring finance-administration deadlines remotely.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
