Accounts Receivable Specialist

What You'll Do

• Build strong customer partnerships while professionally managing B2B collection efforts.
• Apply customer payments received through various channels, including mail, email, phone, and bank lockbox transactions.
• Review account balances and proactively manage outstanding receivables.
• Investigate and resolve remittance and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and collection notes.
• Respond to billing inquiries and provide clear invoice explanations.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to identify solutions that improve account health and reduce delinquency.
• Help ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation.
