Accounts Receivable/Payable/Payroll

Position Summary

This position is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting to include account reconciliation between the County Treasurer and the DA’s Office, grant accounting and auditing, accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation, communication and collaboration between the DA’s Office and the District Attorney’s Counsel.

Job Requirements

• Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience
• Good communication skills
• Punctuality
• Current with technology including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Prior experience a plus
• Maturity and excellent people skills
• Detail oriented
• Enjoy working on a team and understand team dynamics
• A self-starter, motivated
• Valid driver's license
• Honesty and Integrity
• Must pass criminal background check
• Attendance and reliability are of the utmost importance
