About the role
The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees all accounts receivable functions, including cash application, creating and posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, completing account reconciliations and supporting month end close. They also manage the aging, oversee collections and perform variance analysis. Additionally, they evaluate and implement process improvements and partner with finance leadership to support operational performance and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of accounts receivable functions
- Cash application, journal entry creation and posting, general ledger maintenance
- Account reconciliations and month end close support
- Aging management and collection oversight
- Variance analysis and process improvement evaluation
- Collaboration with finance leadership for operational performance and business objectives
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with a large ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, or Sage)
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIFS, etc.
- Full-time, permanent position, 100% onsite

Pay
