ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER

From lighting and video walls to rigging, staging, and audio, 4Wall plays a key role in productions of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across AR processes and systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of AR Managerial experience overseeing an AR staff of 3+.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, conventions, and principles.
• Experience and skill in general ledger account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of accounting software MAS 500 and Oracle NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

This is a full-time, hybrid remote position with a casual attire environment.
