Accounts Receivable & Collections Supervisor
Job Overview
The Accounts Receivable Support Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a team managing resident accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inquiries and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Oversight (Billing, Transitions & Payment Processing): Supervise daily AR operations including billing setup, resident ledger management, and property transitions. Oversee property onboarding and termination processes, manage posting of homeowner payments, and ensure accurate deposit reconciliation.
Collections Oversight: Supervise collections activities, prepare collection notices, and ensure accurate tracking of accounts in collections. Monitor attorney status reports and maintain collection dashboards and records.
Resident Support & Inquiry Management: Oversee intake and resolution of resident, property, and attorney inquiries related to AR. Manage escalations and coordinate with property teams, legal partners, and internal departments to resolve complex account issues.
Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, coach, and develop team members across AR functions, ensuring high performance and accountability. Manage staffing activities, track key performance metrics, and identify process inefficiencies for improvement.

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Accounts Receivable, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
