Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and collections
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with collections software is a plus
