Key Qualifications
- Previous office experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Sound mathematical skills
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Handle large volume of incoming customer calls
- Outbound collection calls
- Problem-solve and respond to customer inquiries
- Calculate account adjustments
- Account reconciliations
- Process and balance customer credit card payments
- Identify problem accounts and escalate collection action

Between $18-$20 per hour, plus signing bonus
