Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temporary - Part-Time)
Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and posting a high volume of financial transactions, maintaining payment records, and supporting internal customers with payment-related inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Essential Functions
- Process monthly ACH banking transactions across multiple funding sources.
- Prepare and process daily receipts packets.
- Post check, cash, and credit card payments.
- Maintain remittance records and supporting documentation.
- Create customer IDs and maintain customer records.
- Notify internal customers when payments are received.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
- Provide support for payment-related inquiries and administrative tasks.

- Previous experience with data entry, accounts receivable, cash application, payment processing, or related administrative functions.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook (Email)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactional work.
Experience
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Background in accounting, accounts receivable, banking operations, or related fields.
