Overview Of The Accounts Receivable Position

• Communicate with customer clients via phone call regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements
• Audit accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts
• Reconcile cash receipts daily for accounts
• Process customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments
• Apply customer payments to customer accounts

Preferred Qualifications And Experience For The Accounts Receivable Role

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience with Collections and Phone Calls
• Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
