This contract to hire role is available for an Accounts Receivable professional in Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

- Research and resolve invoice issues, identifying root causes - Communicate effectively with clients and vendors - Learn and apply lien/bond/legal notice processes - Manage a high-volume portfolio with attention to detail

Requirements

- Credit and collections, billing, AR, claims, or invoice research experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working through complex or unclear situations - Strong communication skills, including willingness to pick up the phone when needed - Ability to learn lien/bond/legal notice processes - Detail-oriented and organized

Nice to Haves

- Experience with service invoices or project/operations invoices - Lien and bond exposure - Legal notice experience - Insurance, medical claims, auto claims, billing, or construction-related collections experience - Experience managing a portfolio by customer/account assignment

Pay

USD25 - USD26 per hour
