About the Opportunity:The Accounts Receivable (AR) Portfolio Specialist III is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. This role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve disputes and account inquiries, contributing directly to improved cash flow and customer satisfaction while supporting overall business performance. 3. Responsibilities:• Manage assigned customer accounts to collect outstanding receivables and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).• Research and analyze account activity; negotiate resolution of invoice disputes.• Approve and process account-related concessions and credits with sound judgment.• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to resolve account inquiries and disputes.• Use business tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to support accounts receivable tasks.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data inaccuracies, billing issues, and operational delays.• Reduce unapplied cash and payment errors through proactive customer engagement.• Maintain knowledge of service offerings, pricing, contract terms, and billing requirements.• Ensure accurate record-keeping and detailed documentation. 4. Requirements:• Two to four years’ experience in customer service, accounts receivable, billing, or a high-volume business environment.• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.• Strong organizational, planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.• Proficiency with Windows-based software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM applications.• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. 6.
