Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections calls and outreach to keep customer accounts current
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with a solutions-first approach
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep customer relationships strong
• Track and report on AR aging and collection performance
• Help shape smarter processes as the company grows into new markets
