We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Overview, Who We Are, Why We Are Different, What You Will Get, Summary/Objective, Duties And Responsibilities, Working Conditions, Qualifications, Essential Functions, Competencies, Supervisory Responsibility, Physical Demands, Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work, Travel, Preferred Education And Experience, Additional Eligibility Qualifications, Work Authorization/Security Clearance, Other Duties, Pay Group etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also we must not repeat job title as heading (not present). We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none). We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it—never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". Also never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes "What You Will Get" which mentions benefits: "Comprehensive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, vacation, and more! Fair and competitive compensation." That's benefits and compensation. So we can have a Benefits section (maybe combine with Compensation). Also "Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work" gives schedule: full-time hourly, Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. with occasional night and weekend hours. So we can have Schedule section. Pay: not explicitly given a number; only "Fair and competitive compensation." That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. Since it's just "Fair and competitive compensation." That's not a specific number or range; but it's still stating compensation. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation (fair and competitive) and benefits. So we can include Benefits and maybe Compensation? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include if posting actually states them. It does state benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation). It states compensation (fair and competitive). It states schedule (full-time hourly, Monday-Friday 8-5). So we can include all three. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like bullet points. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Other Duties" maybe? It's a statement that job description not comprehensive; that's boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but maybe we keep? It's not a list; it's a note. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. However it's a generic disclaimer; could be removed as it's not substantive? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Other Duties" paragraph is a generic disclaimer about job description not comprehensive; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to keep? It's not a list; it's prose. Might be considered boilerplate but not sure. I'd keep it as it's part of the description. However we could drop it as it's not adding much. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; that paragraph is not substantive about the role; it's a disclaimer. I'd remove it. Also remove "Pay Group : AAP/EEO Statement" and the EEO statement. That's boilerplate. Also remove "Know Your Rights" etc. Also remove duplicated lines: there is a duplicated "Supervisory Responsibility This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring." appears twice (once under Supervisory Responsibility heading and again under Travel? Actually there is a line: "Travel This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring." That's duplicated. We'll keep only one. We need to structure sections logically. Use headings: About the role? Could use "About the role" for overview/who we are/why we are different/what you will get? But we have specific sections: Overview, Who We Are, Why We Are Different, What You Will Get. Could combine into About the role? But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine those into an "About the role" section with paragraphs. Then we have Summary/Objective (maybe "About the role" already covers). Could treat Summary/Objective as part of About the role. Then Duties And Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Then Working Conditions -> maybe "Working Conditions" as its own section. Then Qualifications -> Requirements or Qualifications. Then Essential Functions -> could be part of Responsibilities? But we can keep as Requirements? Might be overlapping. Better to have Qualifications section for required education/experience, and Responsibilities for duties. Essential Functions could be merged into Responsibilities. Competencies -> Skills. Physical Demands -> maybe "Physical Demands" as its own section. Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work -> Schedule. Travel -> maybe note under Schedule or separate? Travel says none. Benefits -> Benefits. Pay -> Compensation. We need to avoid empty sections. Let's extract content. Summary/Objective: The Accounts Receivable Analyst I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting routine accounts receivable operations across plant locations. Core responsibilities include posting invoices, verifying key account data, and responding to basic internal inquiries related to customer transactions. This role plays a foundational part in ensuring billing accuracy and data consistency within the order-to-cash process. The Analyst I follows standardized procedures for document review and system entry and escalates unresolved issues to senior team members. The position requires attention to detail, process adherence, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. This role supports smooth AR processing and contributes to timely cash application and customer account maintenance. That's essentially duties; we could keep as part of Responsibilities. Duties And Responsibilities list: - Quickly and thoroughly match credits to invoices. - Respond to inquiries from internal staff or accounting teams. - Fulfill customer set up requests. - Support AR processing for dedicated plants. - Manually process bills for all intercompany and external transactions. - Maintain document control and send documents for approvals as necessary. - Support team audit preparation by maintaining consistent and traceable documentation practices. - Understand and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). - Maintain accuracy in all AR entries and support transaction validation. - Uphold confidentiality and ensure safe system usage. - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Physical Demands: - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. - This position may be active and requires standing and sitting with occasional walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the workday. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work: This is a full-time hourly position. Typically, Monday through Friday 8-5 p.m. with occasional night and weekend hours. Travel: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. (duplicate) Actually Travel section says same line; we can note Travel: None. Preferred Education And Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience, or relevant education. (similar to Qualifications) Additional Eligibility Qualifications: N/A -> we should not create a section for N/A. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Other Duties: we may drop. Pay Group : AAP/EEO Statement: drop. Now we need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (combining Overview, Who We Are, Why We Are Different, What You Will Get) - Responsibilities (combining Summary/Objective, Duties And Responsibilities, Essential Functions) - Requirements (Qualifications, Preferred Education And Experience) - Skills (Competencies) - Working Conditions - Physical Demands - Benefits - Pay (Compensation) - Schedule (Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work, Travel note) - Work Authorization (maybe under Requirements? Could be its own but it's minor; we could fold into a short p under Requirements or separate small section. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Work Authorization is minor metadata; we can fold into a short p under Requirements or maybe a separate small paragraph under a generic "Additional Information" but better to fold into Requirements as a note. We must not create sections with filler. Benefits we have specifics. Pay we have "Fair and competitive compensation." That's not a specific number but it's stating compensation; we can include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule we have specifics. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
