Accounts Receivable Analyst
Duties
- Maintain and resolve disputes related to assigned accounts
- Contact sponsors/CROs via phone to ensure timely payments
- Investigate and resolve sponsor, patient, and customer disputes
- Maintain strong business relationships with sponsors/CROs
- Reconcile financial study data with data provided by sponsors/CROs
- Review and interpret contracts to assist with payment or dispute issues
- Identify and work on trends that negatively impact payment or workflows
- Resolve billing questions with other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, experience may be substituted for education
- 1+ year work experience reading and comprehending complex documents and identifying financial impacts
- Clinical Research experience highly preferred
- Understanding of clinical financial systems and EMRs

Pay
This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

This is a fully remote position based in the US.
