The Bancorp’s Fleet Management Services team is one of the few bank-owned direct fleet lessors in the U.S., serving both commercial and government customers. We offer end-to-end solutions for procurement, upfitting, financing, fleet management, and disposal. On this team, you’ll work alongside industry experts to provide bank-direct financing and help clients optimize their fleets, manage costs and drive efficiency.

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Administrator I provides financial and administrative support and services to the Leasing Operations department. The position’s daily focus is on the timely processing and posting of payments/ACH in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
  • Processes daily electronic wire transfers from bank and daily deposits from various customers.
  • Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
  • Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
  • Performs all activities accurately and in accordance with assigned deadlines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1+ year of accounts receivable experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player, able to work effectively and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • No travel required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Processes accounts receivable transactions accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Maintains accurate account records through timely reconciliations, overpayment research, and adherence to departmental procedures.
