Accounts Receivable Administrator I

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Administrator I provides financial and administrative support and services to the Leasing Operations department, focusing on the timely processing and posting of payments/ACH in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

This role supports the accuracy and efficiency of Leasing Operations by ensuring accounts receivable transactions are processed, posted, and reconciled correctly, maintaining reliable financial records, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of Fleet Management Services.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
• Processes daily electronic wire transfers from bank and daily deposits from various customers.
• Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
• Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
• Performs all activities accurately and in accordance with assigned deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player, able to work effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No travel required.
